Delivery Options to Suit You

Thanks to our global shipping partners, we ship to over 200 destinations in Kenya and in over 25 currencies and offer over 50 different payment methods, depending on your shipping country.

Make sure you select your shipping country so that our product and checkout pages appear in your local currency. You're able to do this at any point by clicking the small flag at the top of the page to change country.

In Kenya, you can either collect your item from your depo in Nairobi, we can send it to you using our Boda riders and we can send the parcel through courier.

Discreet and Private Packaging - Always

Your privacy is really important to us and with our discreet packaging you can be totally confident about shopping with us.

No matter what you order, we use plain, heavy‑duty packaging to make sure your items arrive safely and privately.

Depending on the size of your order, your parcel will arrive in:

• Plain, heavy‑duty padded envelopes, or
• Plain, heavy‑duty cardboard boxes.

There are no Mchuruzi branding, logos or identifiable markings on the outside or inside of the packaging.

The only labels attached will be:

• The courier’s consignment label, and
• Any labels required for legal or regulatory compliance (for example, if an item contains batteries, a small battery‑safety label may be applied).

How Payments Appear on Your Bank Statement

We understand privacy matters here, too.

• For most banks, your payment will appear as “MC Ltd”.
• On Mpesa statement it may display the name Trader instead.

How long it takes to deliver your goods

Delivery times depend on:

• Destination country
• Shipping method selected

You can choose between different shipping options at our checkout.

An estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed for each option.

There is no guaranteed delivery date for orders sent via postal services.

Delivery dates quoted at checkout are an estimation only.

We aim to meet the delivery times quoted but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer.

• Size/weight of the package
• Shipping method selected

We offer several different shipping methods including airmail, standard courier and express courier.
