Introduction - Please Read Carefully

The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. Mchuruzi Ltd trades under the name of Mchuruzi.co.ke (our website). Mchuruzi Ltd owns Mchuruzi.co.ke. By accessing or using Mchuruzi.co.ke and by clicking to indicate you have read and agreed these terms when ordering, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify our Customer Care Department before ordering from us.

Legal Age to Buy

By purchasing products from Mchuruzi.co.ke you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your country. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Mchuruzi.co.ke is not obliged to accept your order.

Contract Formation

Orders made through Mchuruzi.co.ke are subject to acceptance and availability. Mchuruzi.co.ke may choose at any time to cancel your order.

No contract will officially exist between yourself and Mchuruzi.co.ke until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.

Mchuruzi.co.ke provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. Please see our Secure Online Payments page.

Your credit card is charged in the name of our parent company, Mchuruzi Ltd.

Data Protection

Mchuruzi.co.ke is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.

It is your responsibility to verify that your email address supplied is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

 

Privacy Policy

We may use personal information to provide the services you’ve requested. We will only use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services; it is never sold or passed on without consent. Our review partners may contact you via email to rate our service and help us improve our products and support. Your personal details are never shared with them and your email address is not retained. You do not have to take part in this review process.

Our site allows you to opt out of receiving communications from us when we request your information. Also if you want to opt out at a later point, you can do so by unsubscribing from any mailings.

We use cookies and other technologies only where required for our shopping technology to work. Your personal information will never be stored in any cookies generated by our systems.

We abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act rules and therefore we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Delivery Information

We use a selection of trusted delivery partners. Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified which carrier service will deliver your parcel.

Deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the delivery courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at a local collection point they will leave a 'while you were out' card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery (a parcel will be held for a nominal amount of days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us)

If your parcel is not collected and you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.

We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Over 95% of our delivery services arrive on or within the indicated delivery time. None of our delivery service are guaranteed to arrive on or within the indicated delivery time.

We currently do not ship to the USA.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or debit card. You can order through our website or by telephone. If you pay by credit card or debit card we will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed.

International Card Holders: If you have a non-KENYA issued payment card, the exact amount you will be charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering. 

Alternatively, you can pay via Mpesa or Airtel Money.

Voucher Codes and Special Offers

Mchuruzi.co.ke retains the right to end offers at any time.

New customer 20% code - To get 20% off your first order, enter your unique code at the checkout. Please note this discount is only valid on full priced items. It cannot be used on sale items or combined with any other money-off vouchers, discount codes, member’s discounts or other offers. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.

All Members receive a 5% discount off their order. 

No offer can be combined with other deals in the same basket.

Please note that you cannot combine your 5% discount with a separate voucher code. If the code you have is for a greater amount, just add it to your basket and it will automatically deduct the voucher with the greater value.

Free Gift Promotions: Please note for any free gift promotion your free gift will appear twice on your invoice. This is for admin purposes only. You will only receive one of the triggered promotions free gifts. All orders are allowed 1 free gift per order, unless stated otherwise.

For any money-off vouchers (non-gift vouchers) above the 30% discount level and any “extra % off” vouchers: Some discounts will automatically be applied at checkout. On others the customer needs to add the voucher manually. Please note: These deals (apart from some selected “extra % off” vouchers) cannot be combined with any other money-off vouchers, discount codes or other offers. These money-off vouchers are available for a limited time only and only while stocks last and can be withdrawn anytime, without notice. Please also note that “extra % off” vouchers are calculated from the remaining value of the items in the basket (after other discounts have been applied), not from the full value of the item.

All promotions are run on a while stock lasts basis.

Gift Wrapping

Mchuruzi offers a Gift-Wrapping Service on selected items which costs Khs300.

Not all items available from Mchuruzi.co.ke are eligible for gift wrapping (due to size and weight restrictions) but each product is marked clearly as to whether this is available or not.

All Gift-Wrapped items are packed in a Mchuruzi gift box and packaged inside a plain brown discreet outer box. A dispatch note is included in the gift box which only details the names of the products and a personal message (if one is chosen). All prices and card holder details are omitted so all gift-wrapped items are anonymous unless you choose to include your name in the Personal Message.

Customers may include a Personal Message on the dispatch note if they wish. If any messages sent via this method are deemed to be threatening or promote illegal activity they will be removed and reported to the authorities as required.

All items will be combined in one box where possible but if the eligible items will not fit in a single box, then an additional gift box will be used at no extra charge.

Mchuruzi Babes / Pipedream - Realistic Sex Dolls

DELIVERY POLICY:

Please note that due to the size and weight of this product, it will be sent via our Delivery system. KENYA Delivery Only. The recipient must be present at the delivery address to sign for receipt of the delivery. 

This product is a heavy item of around 50kg packaged and requires 2 people to carry to the entrance of the property. Please ensure that the couriers can deliver the item to your front door.

Should the delivery address not be on the ground floor, we advise that you contact our Customer Care Department prior to ordering, to discuss delivery.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Mchuruzi Babe sex dolls can stand but it is not recommended that they stand for prolonged periods of time to prevent damaging the metal skeleton. The manufacturers recommend that customers do not use the sex doll while it is in a standing 90-degree angle position, as this can damage the joints of the metal skeleton.
• Do not submerge the doll in water.
• Although we recommend using condoms, we suggest using a douche with water and antibacterial soap to clean non-removable openings, if required.
• We clean any blemishes or marks to the outer TPE skin with Simple Make up Cleansing Oil. Apply it to the area and rub into the TPE. Allow to dry, then lightly apply a dusting of Johnson's Baby Powder to refresh the TPE skin. Both products are available from most large retailers.
• Ensure that the doll and all openings are thoroughly cleaned and dried with an absorbent white towel or absorbent paper towel after cleaning. Dark, non-colourfast colours may transfer onto the TPE skin.
• We do not recommend dressing the dolls in medium or dark colours as colours can transfer to the TPE. Please ensure that clothing items are colourfast and washed several times before use.
• Please take care as TPE contains oil which may result in oil marks transferring onto your other items.
• Please take care if using a warming stick that it is not left inserted in the doll for too long and damages the TPE.
• Just like a real woman, your doll may have slight imperfections. This includes, but is not limited to, slightly unsymmetrical breasts and marks in the skin. These imperfections do not mean your doll is faulty - it's what makes them all unique as they are hand-finished by the manufacturer.
• During transportation, it is normal for your doll to develop indentations from the packaging. Once your doll is unpacked, these indentations will gradually lift. If you would like to speed up this process, wrap the dented part in a warm towel. Please make sure that the towel is colourfast and non-abrasive.
• If a doll is not moved for an extended period of time, she may develop indentation or compression marks. Therefore, we recommend moving the position of your doll twice a week to vary the pressure points. When doing this, we also suggest that you move your doll's limbs to keep the internal metal skeleton in good working order.
• KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE AND SHARP OBJECTS.

Competitions

Social Media Competitions

Competitions are run across multiple social media channels, including Facebook (/Mchuruzi.co.ke), Twitter (@Mchuruzi) and Instagram (@Mchuruzi).

Entry requirements may vary across each platform and are restricted to KENYA residents aged 18 or over.

Winners will be contacted through the platform they used to enter the competition, via direct message when possible. The winner will need to respond within 48 hours or the prize will be given to another entrant. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.

Specific information regarding the prize, how to enter and closing date will appear on the competition post(s) itself.

We reserve the right to withdraw a competition at any time.

By entering one of Mchuruzi's social media competitions, you indicate your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer

All products sold through our website are sold as 'novelty goods.' The vendor, Mchuruzi Ltd, the holding company of Mchuruzi.co.ke, cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

Goods, colours or packaging of goods may occasionally differ slightly to those displayed on the website.

Mchuruzi Ltd, holding company of Mchuruzi.co.ke cannot be held responsible for errors or interruption on the website.
